DESCRIPTION
The VW6-V3 includes a heating rate controller for the heating reactor mantle, a timer, a glass reactor and viscometer tubes holder, and a top condenser cover. The utilities required are a power supply 110V or 220V and a tap water supply.
The VV6-V3 will clean up 6 capillary viscometer tubes in 5 to 20 minutes even the dirtiest ones such as: polymerized products, tar, resins, asphalt, Etc.
Only 1 liter of solvent non aromatic and non flammable is necessary per week.
The very gentle cleaning process allows to reduce the calibration frequency of the viscometer tubes.
The instrument is a closed system which drastically reduces operator exposure to the solvent.
The VW6-V3 is easy to operate. We recommend to install such unit under a hood as a built in valve allows to drain the dirty solvent.
With the VW6-V3 you can use any kind of solvent with boiling point from 65°C to 130°C. Our customer service department will provide the specifications of a non aromatic and non flammable solvent with high cleaning power. All parts in contact with the solvent are made of glass, PTFE or Stainless Steel.
