Unique instrument which fully automates the standard process of water separation as per international specifications. It can make any laboratory saving up to one operator/year in terms of working hours.

• Six samples can be tested simultaneously, with the highest degree of repeatability and reproducibility, because the layers detection are no longer evaluated by the human eyes.
  
• This detection is achieved using a CCD-camera which takes images of every sample tube during testing and an original exclusive software with image processing.
  
• The instrument checks all images and automatically selects the right separation time. The operator has the option to change the selected separation should the need arise. All images are automatically stored on the hard disk with a limit of five complete batches (30 tubes with full processes) and can be archived on CD-ROM.
  
• You can also print all results or send them to another computer. The software also shows graphical display of temperature versus time, stirring speed versus time and the separation curves (layer thickness versus time) for each sample separately.
  
• The P550 comes complete with central operation unit, Pentium PC, color monitor, color printer and one set of six sample tubes.
