The 300mm diameter by 450mm high Pyrex jar is enclosed in a rectangular housing. A 2000 watt immersion heating element provides heat for up to eight standard capillary viscosity tubes.

• An electronic temperature controller with digital readout and operating range from 10 to 125°C to the nearest 0.1°C (other operating range can be specified with order).
• Low water cutoff device.
• Efficient stirring system externally adjustable to provide excellent temperature uniformity in bath (better than 0.01°C).
• Exclusive freely moving turntable to position each of the eight viscometers in front of the operator.
• Cooling coil for operation around or below ambient temperature.
